Heartland 2021 final dividend: Updated ASX Appendix 3A

Please find attached a further updated ASX Appendix 3A in relation to the Heartland Group Holdings
Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) 2021 final dividend.

The ASX Appendix 3A has been updated to correct a typographical error in the Strike Price for the
Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which was NZD2.27125669 per share, as announced on 9
September 2021.
