2.Stride currently has 6 Non-executive Directors, in addition to the Chair. However, this is a temporary increase, pending the retirement of Director John Harvey during the 2022 calendar
year.
3.The allowance for additional work and attendance is an aggregate sum available to the Boards to remunerate Directors for significant extra attendances and work. It is not an amount
payable per Director. The allowance for additional work and attendances has not been allocated to Directors for the past three financial years.
