by Seeka Share Trustee Limited for and on behalf of Omega
Kiwifruit Limited.
5) Strathboss Kiwifruit Limited. M Brick has the power to
exercise the right to vote attached to 20% or more of the
voting rights of Strathboss Kiwifruit Limited, resulting in M
Brick having a relevant interest in the Ordinary Shares of
Seeka Limited held by Seeka Share Trustee Limited for and
on behalf of Strathboss Kiwifruit Limited.
