Please find attached an updated Initial Disclosure Notice for CEO, Tony Wai who joined on
Monday 27 September 2021.

A notice was issued on 29 September 2021 to record the direct interest in 1,779 ordinary
shares.

This update includes his further interest in 300,000 unlisted employee options first reported
in a Capital Change Notice on 6 September 2021. As Tony Wai has now commenced
employment, the exercise price of the options, based around his start date, has been
calculated and is recorded in this notice.
