Third Age Health settles acquisition of Belmont Medical Centre
Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) advises that it has, effective 11 October 2021
completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Belmont Medical Centre Limited. The
final cash purchase price was $0.17m.
CEO, Tony Wai says “We are delighted to welcome the team at Belmont Medical Centre into
the Third Age Health group, their high quality patient care, skills and resources will
complement our core services and provide us with a stronger footprint on Auckland’s North
Shore. Acquiring medical centres around New Zealand that support our core business is part
of our growth strategy and we will continue to look for more opportunities in this space”
