Resignation of Director & Company Secretary

New Talisman Gold Mines announces today that Ms S Jane Bell resigned as Company
Secretary effective from close of business today. Further Mr Matthew Hill has resigned from
the New Talisman Gold Mines board, effective immediately, he remains in his capacity as
CEO of the Talisman Group of Companies.
