Vista Group Change of Management

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) advises of a change to its management
team. Will Palmer, CEO and Co-founder of Movio, has indicated his desire to step down from his
role with the company with effect from the end of 2021.
Kimbal Riley, Vista Group CEO, said: “Will and his team have built Movio into the global leader in
marketing data analytics and campaign management solutions for the film industry - Will has
made a tremendous contribution to Vista Group’s success over the 11 years he has been at the
helm.”
