Results of Rua Bioscience Limited’s 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
At Rua Bioscience Limited’s hybrid Rua Bioscience Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (held online and in
Gisborne yesterday) shareholders were asked to vote on two ordinary resolutions, which were
supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by the shareholders were:
× Resolution One: That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
× Resolution Two: That Martin Smith be re-elected as a director of Rua.
