Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 110,471 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed:
• 29,140 Performance Share Rights issued on 17 December 2018.
• 33,076 Performance Share Rights issued on 2 October 2019.
• 48,255 Performance Share Rights issued on 24 November 2020.
Following the lapsing of those Performance Share Rights, there are 303,550
