2021 Annual Meeting – Virtual Meeting Only
Scott Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) published a Notice of Meeting on 28 October 2021 in relation to
its Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, 25 November 2021 at 3:00pm.
As indicated in the Notice of Meeting, Scott Technology has been closely monitoring COVID-19
restrictions in New Zealand. In light of the ongoing restrictions and having regard to the health and
safety of our shareholders and staff, Scott Technology advises that the Annual Meeting will now be
virtual only.
Shareholders are able to attend the meeting virtually via an online platform provided by Scott
Technology’s share registrar, Link Market Services at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/sct21
.
Further details of how to participate virtually, including how to vote and ask questions during the
meeting, are in the Virtual Meeting Guide, which was previously sent to shareholders and is attached
to this announcement. If a shareholder has any issues accessing the website, please call 0800 200
220.
Proxies
Shareholders are reminded that proxy forms must be received by Link Market Services no later than
3:00pm on Tuesday, 23 November 2021. Proxy forms can be lodged by:
