MOVE ANNUAL MEETING TO BE VIRTUAL ONLY
Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX: MOV), advises that, due to the
ongoing uncertainty related to Covid-19 alert levels and restrictions, the upcoming Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting, being held on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at 4pm, will be virtual only.
Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person.
Shareholders are able to attend the Meeting virtually at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/move21.
Shareholders attending and participating in the Meeting virtually via the online platform will be able
to vote and ask questions during the Meeting. More information regarding virtual attendance at the
Meeting (including how to vote and ask questions virtually during the Meeting) is available in the
Virtual Annual Meeting Online Portal Guide, which is available at
https://bcast.linkinvestorservices.co.nz/generic/docs/OnlinePortalGuide.pdf.
Shareholders are reminded that proxy forms must be received by Link Market Services no later than
4.00pm on Sunday 21 November 2021.
A shareholder wishing to appoint a proxy can do so by:
• appointing a proxy online at: https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.co.nz/voting/MOV in
accordance with the instructions set out in the Proxy/Voting Form
• or completing the Proxy/Voting Form and returning it by mail or by email to Link Market
Services Limited at meetings@linkmarketservices.com.
