2021 ANNUAL MEETING TO BE HELD VIRTUAL ONLY

Kathmandu Holdings Limited (NZX / ASX: KMD) confirms that, due to the ongoing COVID-19 related
restrictions, its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, to be held at 1pm (NZDT) on Tuesday 23 November
2021, will proceed as an online (virtual) only meeting.
Shareholders who wish to join the meeting on 23 November should go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/kmd21.

Shareholders participating online will be able to watch the meeting, vote and ask questions during the
meeting. Please note, if you will be attending online you will require your shareholder number, found on
your voting/proxy form, for verification purposes.

Other than the location of the Annual Meeting (now online only), all other matters contemplated by the
Notice of Meeting (dated 20 October 2021) stand.
