NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the company it has placed a trading halt on The New
Zealand Refining Company Limited’s ordinary shares (“NZR”) and quoted notes (“NZR010”).
The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.
The trading halt has been put in place while NZR undertakes the placement component of a
capital raise for the issue of additional ordinary shares.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the
completion of the placement, or market open on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.
