NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on
NZ Automotive Investments Limited (“NZA”). The trading halt was placed today pre-market
open.
NZA has requested the trading halt to help facilitate a bookbuild for the sale of shares
by substantial shareholders in NZA.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
1. an announcement about the completion of the bookbuild; or
2. Close of trading on Friday, 17 September.
