NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (“NTL”). The trading halt was placed today at 2:31pm.
NTL has requested the trading halt while it finalises further details in connection with its capital
raising signalled on 30 July 2021, following consideration of feedback from some shareholders
and completion of associated negotiations.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement expected by the issuer
or market open on Tuesday, 14 September 2021.
