DOWNER COMPLETES SALE OF OTRACO
Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today it had completed the sale of its Otraco business to
Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.
As announced on 26 April 2021, the sale price represents an enterprise value of $79 million.
