Redemption of all outstanding Westpac Capital Notes 4 completed

Today Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) completed the redemption of 5,496,799 Westpac
Capital Notes 4 (WCN 4) that remained on issue (ASX code: WBCPG).
As a result, there are no outstanding WCN 4.
Holders have been paid $100 for each WCN 4 held on 20 December 2021, along with the final
WCN 4 distribution (Distribution) of $0.7642, fully franked, for each WCN 4 held on the record
date of 10 December 2021. The Distribution covers the period from 1 October 2021 to 20
December 2021 (inclusive).
