The Westpac Capital Notes 4 (ASX Code: WBCPG) of Westpac Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be removed from
Official Quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday, 21 December 2021 following their redemption.

Please note that the removal only applies to Westpac Capital Notes 4 (ASX Code: WBCPG) and does not apply
to any other quoted securities of WBC.
