Appointment of Additional Company Secretary

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ventia Services Group Limited (Ventia) advises the

appointment of Debbie Schroeder as an additional Company Secretary of Ventia, effective from 8 April

2022.

Debbie joined Ventia in January 2022 and is currently the General Counsel - Corporate. She has

extensive experience as a commercial lawyer and governance professional. Prior to joining Ventia,

Debbie was employed as the Head of Legal, Company Secretariat and Risk Management at CSR

Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Zoheb Razvi, who has been the Group Company Secretary of Ventia since June 2019, continues in

his role.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ventia advises that Debbie is nominated (in addition to

Zoheb) as responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
