Director, Legal, Risk and Governance, Deborah Marris, has resigned to take up an opportunity outside of
Synlait.
Deborah joined Synlait in 2018. She has been involved in several commercial transactions which have
progressed Synlait’s strategy including, the Talbot Forest Cheese and Dairyworks acquisitions, and the
purchase and development of Synlait Pokeno.
Deborah will leave the business in September.
