REPAYMENT OF PROJECT FINANCE DEBT FACILITY
Winton is pleased to confirm to its shareholders that it has repaid the $130m project finance debt
facility relating to the Lakeside development. As recorded in the Product Disclosure Statement
dated 1 December 2021, Winton’s intention was to use part of the $350m of new equity raised in
December 2021 for repayment of this facility.
Winton confirms it is now debt free with expected cash and cash equivalents exceeding $200m as
at 30 June 2022.
