WINTON ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF WYNYARD QUARTER ACQUISITION
Winton is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of the Wynyard Quarter site at Beaumont Street
has now settled.
The Wynyard Quarter project will consist of a Northbrook retirement village and residential
apartment development. Construction will commence on both projects upon receipt of the
building consent and resource consent with settlement targeted for the apartments in FY26 and
the retirement village in FY27.
