2022 ANNUAL MEETING DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
South Port New Zealand Limited (South Port) intends to hold its next Annual
Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, 1 November 2022 in Bluff commencing
at 11:00 am.
The venue will be South Port’s Board Room, Island Harbour, Bluff.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, South Port advises that the closing
date for Director nominations is 2 September 2022. All nominations must be
received by 4:00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
