October 2022 in Tauranga at 1.00pm at Trustpower Baypark, 81 Truman Lane, Mount
Maunganui.
In terms of the NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that the closing date
for Director nominations is open until 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on Thursday 1 September
2022.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and should be addressed to Simon Kebbell, Chief Financial Officer, Port of Tauranga
