Heartland market update

Full year results announcement date
Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) advises that it expects to:

• announce its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2022 (FY2022) on Tuesday 23
August 2022
• publish its annual report for FY2022 on Wednesday 28 September 2022.

A live webcast for investors and analysts will be held at 10.30am NZST on the same day as the results
announcement and can be accessed via this link.

Annual Meeting date
Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation and prevalence of other winter illnesses, Heartland advises
that its Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday 8 November 2022, commencing at 2.00pm.

Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all
shareholders and available at shareholders.heartland.co.nz in due course.

Director nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Friday 9 September 2022. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on that
date.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and
should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.

Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the
attention of the Group Chief Operating Officer.
