NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Heartland
Group Holdings Limited (“HGH”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-market
open today.
The trading halt has been requested to facilitate an orderly market for HGH’s ordinary shares
while it is conducting a placement of shares to investors.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the
completion of the placement, or market open on Wednesday 24 August 2022.
