NZ RegCo update regarding NZA Board
NZ RegCo refers to its announcement of 5 August 2022 regarding enquiries made on the composition of the
NZ Automotive Investments Limited (NZA) board.
NZ RegCo confirms that, following its assessment of the information provided by the current NZA board, it is
satisfied with NZA’s assessment that Michael Stiassny and Gordon Shaw would qualify as independent
directors for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
