Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
1. Renounceable rights issue allotment of 447,000 ordinary shares on 14 December
2018, increasing Te Awanui Huka Pak Limited’s relevant interest in ordinary shares
from 1,267,410 to 1,714,410 ordinary shares.
2. Between the date of the last disclosure and the date of this disclosure Seeka issued
additional ordinary shares. Seeka issued 7,042,574 additional ordinary shares on
4 May 2021 bringing the total ordinary shares on issue at that date to 39,430,174.
Following the issue of ordinary shares on 4 May 2021, Te Awanui Huka Pak Limited
held a relevant interest in less than the 5% of all ordinary shares on issue. As at

the date of this disclosure, Te Awanui Huka Pak Limited holds a relevant interest in
4.083% of all ordinary shares on issue.
