Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited
At Burger Fuel Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held on-line via Zoom, on the
31st August 2022 at 11.00am, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were all
supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Peter Brook be re-elected as a director of BFG.
• That Tyrone Foley be elected as a director of BFG
• That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
