Results of Turners Automotive Group Limited’s Annual Meeting

At Turners Automotive Group’s shareholder meeting held on Wednesday 17 August 2022,
shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

 That Baker Tilley Staples Rodway be reappointed as auditors;
 Re-elect Grant Baker as a Director of the Company; and
 Re-elect Alistair Petrie as a Director of the Company.

Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:
