Results of NZ Automotive Investments Limited 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting




At NZ Automotive Investments Limited’s Hybrid shareholder meeting, held at 3pm on 2

September 2022, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by

the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


 That Michael Stiassny be elected as a director of NZAI

 That Gordon Shaw be elected as a director of NZAI

 That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration


There were no resolutions not passed by shareholders.
