Airport

The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was

held in person and online today. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by

shareholders.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
