Results of 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting


At Air New Zealand’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and virtually on Thursday,
22 September 2022, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were
supported by the Board of Directors.

Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and all four resolutions were approved by
shareholders.
