Results of Port of Tauranga Limited Annual Meeting – Meeting Results and Directors’
Independence
At Port of Tauranga Limited’s Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Mount Maunganui today,
shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Mr Alastair Roderick Lawrence be re-elected as a Director.
• That Mr Dean John Bracewell be elected as a Director.
• That Mr John Brodie Stevens be elected as a Director.
• That the Port of Tauranga Board be authorised to fix the remuneration of Auditors for the
ensuing year.
