At Napier Port Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting

today, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the

Board of Directors.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• That Stephen Moir be re-elected as a director of the Company;

• That Kylie Clegg be elected as a director of the Company;

• That Dan Druzianic be elected as a director of the Company;
