an aggregate of 1,637,584 ordinary shares in KMD on-market for aggregate consideration
of $1,968,346.
Between 08th December 2021 and 05th September 2022, NZSF (through its internal
equities portfolio and account managed by Devon Funds Management Limited) purchased
an aggregate of 9,363,604 ordinary shares in KMD on-market for aggregate consideration
of $11,211,788
