NZD/AUD rate set for Dividend

WINTON LAND LIMITED – NZD/AUD FX RATE FOR DIVIDEND
The foreign exchange rate to be used for Winton’s dividend paid to Australian investors in
Australian Dollars (NZD/AUD) has been set at 0.8904. The dividend will be paid on 14 September
2022.
An amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 form to this effect is being released to the ASX.
