WINTON CONFIRMS ANNUAL MEETING DATE AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR
NOMINATIONS
Winton is pleased to confirm that this year’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting will be held as a
virtual online meeting on 26 October 2022, commencing at 11.00am. Further details of the
content and virtual participation instructions will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be
distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Winton advises that the closing date for director
nominations is 23 September 2022 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm
on the Closing Date.
