Westpac Self-Funding Instalments suspension from trading
Westpac Banking Corporation (ACN 007 457 141) (Westpac) as the issuer of Westpac Self-Funding
Instalments (Westpac SFIs) requests a suspension from trading of Westpac SFIs. This request is made
ahead of the Holder meeting to vote on amendments to the Westpac SFI Terms (Terms of Issue) which
is scheduled to proceed as previously advised at 2pm (Sydney time) on 18 October 2022.
Prior to the re-commencement of trading, Westpac will advise the results of the Holder meeting.
