Wynyard Quarter Stage 3 now unconditional
Further to the announcement on 28 November 2022, Precinct Properties New Zealand
Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) is pleased to announce that the sale of Wynyard Quarter Stage
3 to Precinct Pacific Investment Limited Partnership (PPILP) is now unconditional following
Precinct obtaining the required consents.
Settlement is expected to occur in March 2023.
