Frankfurt Dual Listing
New Zealand Rural Land Company (NZL.NZX) has implemented a dual listing on the Frankfurt Exchange - the
stock exchange ticker is: 8UK.GR.
NZL implemented this dual listing after requests from potential European Investors.
NZL plans to engage with the market maker - mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG to provide liquidity during
European trading hours. NZL will further update the market on trading and settlement details for Frankfurt in the
next few weeks.
The undertaking of this dual listing fits with NZL’s previous market commentary that it is seeking to broaden its
international investor base, and a dual listing in Frankfurt is a cost-effective venue to facilitate this.
