Trading Halt Clarification and Retail Offer Reminder
New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) would like to clarify that:
1. the trading halt in place in relation to the Accelerated Renounceable Entitlement Offer (Offer) as announced to
the market 1 March 2023, is scheduled to lift pre-market open, Friday 3 March 2023 and not 8:30am, Monday,
6 March 2023 as noted in page 11 of the Equity Raising Presentation; and
2. the announcement of the results of the institutional offer will be released as soon as practicable on Friday 3
March 2023 and not Monday 6 March 2023 as noted in page 11 of the Equity Raising Presentation.
Accordingly, the correct timetable for the institutional offer is as follows:

above.

Warrants will be allotted at the same time as New Shares are allotted.
The dates set out in the tables above are subject to change and are indicative only. All times and dates refer to
NZ times and dates (unless otherwise specified). NZRLC reserves the right to amend the timetables (including
by extending the closing dates for the Offer or accepting late applications, either generally or in particular cases)
subject to the NZX Listing Rules. Any extension of the closing dates for the Offer will have a consequential effect
on the issue date of New Shares and Warrants.
