Vista Group Publishes Voluntary Climate Disclosures Report

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) advises that today it has published its first annual
Climate-related Financial Disclosures Report, which seeks to provide stakeholders with an
understanding of the potential financial implications of climate change on its business. The report has
been prepared on a voluntary basis and consistent with the recommendations of the Taskforce on
Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
This year’s report sets out Vista Group’s governance of climate-related risks and opportunities and
describes its processes for identifying, assessing and managing climate-related risks. The 2022 financial
year saw Vista Group’s greenhouse gas emissions inventory being measured for the first time and
verified by Toitū Envirocare. Vista Group has reported on its Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3
emissions. The Toitū carbonreduce certification means Vista Group has measured the operational
emissions of its global organisation to ISO 14064-1:2018 and Toitū requirements.
