Everyman Media Group PLC signs up for Vista Cloud

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) is pleased to announce further commitment to its
platform, with the signing of an agreement to transition existing client and leading UK independent cinema
group, Everyman Media Group PLC, to Vista Cloud.
Everyman is listed on the London Stock Exchange and currently operates 40 cinemas, with over 130 screens.
Everyman has continued to expand its circuit across the UK, announcing that it would open a further three
cinemas during 2023. Everyman is positioned at the premium end of the UK cinema market, with high quality,
unique venues in central high street locations. Everyman focusses on delivering moviegoers the highest-
quality experience through its venues, content, staff and food and beverage.
