Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: WCO issued a total of
66,484,000 new ordinary shares on 15 June 2023 under a private placement to certain
wholesale investors (Placement). While the substantial product holders giving this
disclosure did not participate in the Placement, the increase in the total number of ordinary
shares now on issue in WCO has resulted in a decrease in the substantial holding of the
substantial product holders.

Nature of relevant interest: Shane David Edmond is the legal owner of 50,360,000 ordinary
shares in his personal capacity. Belinda Anne Edmond is the legal owner of 10,080,000
ordinary shares in her personal capacity. Shane and Belinda are also the sole directors
and shareholders of Ashvegas Limited which is the registered owner of 20,560,000
ordinary shares. Shane and Belinda jointly have the power to control the voting rights
attached to all of the shares (81,000,000 in total), and jointly have the power to control
the acquisition and disposal of such shares.
