Exercise of share options
Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRA) advise that 245,000 new ordinary shares have been
issued today following the exercise of 245,000 share options under the Turners Automotive Group
Limited Option Plan. Following the exercise of the options the number of unlisted share options in the
company has reduced by 245,000 unlisted share options to 805,000 unlisted share options.
