Subject: Infratil Limited IFT210 Maturity and Exchange for IFT340


Message:
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the Infratil Limited bonds with ticker code IFT210 are
due to mature on Friday, 15 September 2023.
Under the Exchange Offer announced on 28 August 2023, IFT210 bond holders have the option
to exchange each IFT210 bond for one new

bond with ticker code IFT340 to be issued on
Friday, 15 September 2023.
Alternatively, holders of IFT210 bonds who do not wish to participate in the Exchange Offer will
have their IFT210 bonds redeemed on Friday, 15 September 2023 in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the IFT210 bonds.
The final day of trading for the IFT210 bonds will be Friday, 1 September 2023 prior to the
bonds being suspended at close of business.
The terms and details of the IFT340 bonds will be provided in a Quotation Notice, which will be
released to the market at such time as the relevant information becomes available.
