NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Enprise Group Limited (“ENS”) at the
request of the company. The halt was placed at 10:01am today, Thursday, 28 September 2023.
The trading halt will remain in place pending the release of an announcement by ENS providing
further information in relation to its announcement of 8.30am regarding the resolution of
litigation with MYOB Australia Pty Ltd, or market open on Monday 2 October 2023.
