Group Limited (“EBO”) ordinary shares granted on Thursday, 16 November 2023.
EBO ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:
• An announcement by the issuer in relation to the potential acquisition of Greencross
which has been the subject of media speculation; or
• Market open on the NZX on Tuesday, 21 November 2023
