Shareholder poll results for Auckland
Airport
The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held at
Eden Park and online today. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by
shareholders. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Julia Hoare be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board).
• To authorise directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year.
